Chateaugay hires over 100 camper related staff to work with our 250 campers. This means your child will have the kind of personal attention they deserve. The core of camp is our professional team of people who live and work with our campers. Counselors and activity specialists must have completed at least one year of college before they can be considered for a position at our camp.

You will find that many of the staff members who are working with your child are teachers, high school and college coaches and parents. Our focus on having an older staff base creates a very warm and nurturing environment, which is attractive to all and especially first time campers.
